Bored at work„No, don’t! “The boy shouted, but the soldiers didn’t react in time. Or maybe they couldn’t. Or even didn’t want to. The boy’s eyes grew wide as he saw the blade slashing through his mother’s skin. At first a small trail of blood followed the cut, before it became a stream, a flood. Wordlessly the two armed soldiers stared at the boy, nodded to each other and left through the entrance door. Ian wanted to follow them, wanted revenge for what they did but couldn’t force his body to get off the floor. Slowly he crawled towards his mother that lay still on the floor. So very still. Suddenly a shadow appeared in front of the full moon, a faint click was heard and a mysterious black-cloaked figure slid down to the floor. Quickly the silent intruder’s eyes hushed through the room, searching for this mission’s target. There it was, the most precious gem in Neopia, the Cybunny Diamond. Hardly visible in her dark clothes, the young Aisha appeared at the gem’s pedestal, almost as if she came from thin air. You're going to have a blast of a time here!
Now that you've your account set up, you're probably wondering "Now what?"
Well here's a couple of things you could start off with:
Setup your profile
Setup all those informative bits about yourself. The default gray deviantArt logo is neat, you want to be unique! Change your avatar. (Note that avatar sizes can only be 50 x 50 pixels large and be in PNG, JPEG or GIF formats). You can setup all this from your profile page.
Setup your neighbour
Wouldn't it be neat to see who are the other deviants staying nearby? Go set up your geographical co-ordinates. Head over to maporama.com and get hold of your geographical co-ordinates and set it up in your deviantArts's settings page. (Its located to the right under the "Regional Settings" section). After you've done this, you'll be able to see who is located nearby in your Neighbours page. To get to this page, click on the "Neighbours" button located on your userpage's horizontal toolbar just below your user details.
Submit your artwork
Of course what's an art site without art? Submit yours through the Submit button!
Interact!
